Cinnamon ice cream topped with pecan pie granola and date caramel


Ice cream is one frozen banana, a splash of unsweetened vanilla almond milk, and a good dash of cinnamon. Blended.

Granola is homemade from raw old fashioned oats, pecan meal, flax seeds, chia seeds, date paste, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger. Dehydrated for 12 hours.

Date caramel is dates soaked in water for 30 minutes. Drained, and then blended with fresh water until desired consistency.
